Description

o   Support Regional Sales Management team through timely reporting, analysis, processing orders, payments and claims in order to achieve sales objective by ensuring effective communication network between sales force, other departments and distributors/ customers.

o   Prepare timely sales reports and analysis. Maintain Sales history of concerned regions/zone and distributors

o   Monthly reconciliation of sales data with region/ zonal reports

o   Effective co-ordination with all regions/ Distributors for timely submission of claims, their settlement & clearance certificates as per SOP

o   Maintain monthly claim tracker by recording FOR claims, WHT claims, merchandiser salary claims, discount claims, distributor activity claims.

o   Update & maintain historical data of SKU wise sales, target, incentives, claims, travel expenses,

o   Facilitate & support to entire sales team to achieve their sales target, close coordination with regional team for daily operations, follow up and coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, HR, finance, admin & MIS.

o   Attend the meetings with supply chain team, finance & marketing for monthly/ quarterly RSF and target setting, implement/ upload SKU wise, OB wise & distributor wise target with 100% accuracy in SAP & Salesflo.

o   Daily coordination with supply chain team for stock availability at all warehouses as per RSF.

o   Update & circulate daily stock reports, ware house wise, region wise & SKU wise by mentioning demand to achieve monthly goals.

o   Analyze and maintain stock shortages report by coordinating with supply chain & warehouse team.
