Hamida Bano

I'm Hamida Bano, working in development sector since 2010, before was working ( from 1998 t0 2003) with marketing research organizations on the position of field supervisor and then promoted on the position of Field Manager. In 2010 started working in development sector (World Vision International) as Child Protection Officer and during 2 months got extra charge as Child Protection Coordinator. After since 2013 was continue working as Education Officer in same organization (World Vision International). During the year 2014 to Nov: 2015 worked in Marvi Rural Development Organization (MRDO) as Team Leader. In Nov:-2015 to 2018 worked in Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) as District Project Officer in Health Communication and PSI project and awarded Appreciation Letter & Bonus from SRSO management on project achievements  , from 2018 to 2019 worked continue in (SRSO) as District Project Officer in the project of (IALP) Improving Adolescent Lives in Pakistan. In 2019 to 2021 worked as Liaison coordinator in Pahel Pakistan. In 2021 to 2022 worked in Indus Resource Center (IRC) started working as Monitoring Quality Assurance Officer(Adult Literacy -JICA) and promoted on the position of District Coordinator Non Formal Education (NFE) project.  In (2021 to 2022) worked in Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) on the position of Program Officer. During my career (from 1998 to 2022) three time got promotions from reputable organizations and awarded Appreciation letter 7 bonus from reputable organization.
