• Reporting to Managing Director • Manage Institution and Trade Department.(Govt. and Private Hospitals DHQ,THQ) • Well versed with (PPRA, SPPRA, KPPRA, and BPPRA) Rules. • Manage Tender Business in all over Pakistan also Manage Exports. • Manage Budgets of all Institutions • Manage All Distributors, Vendors, Banks, Ministry Of Health Matters, SECP Matters, LCCI Matters, Import /Export, Shipping, Clearing Matters, Tenders Handling (PPRA, SPPRA,KPPRA,BPPRA), Finance Matters, Purchasing (Local Purchase, Import/ Export, Prequalification, Tenders), • Major role to Operationalize the company and make sure that all Machinery is in proper Working Condition. • Manage all Factory Maintenance and installations Matters (Like Electric, Glass Work and HVAC) • Liaison with Production Manager, QC Manager, QA Manager and Pharmacist and Resolve their Queries.
