In addition to his knowledge and expertise in quality he is certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 14001 Environment Management System (EMS). He is well equipped to impart the knowledge and technical skills in Total Quality Management, Lean & Six Sigma (White, Yellow, Green & Black) Belt Levels Client Centeredness, Quality improvement, Quality Assurance and Minimum Service Delivery Standard (MSDS).
