• Twenty-five years’ experience in the health and social sector, with a focus on HIV AIDS and drug use prevention, treatment and care working in the government sector, UNAIDS, UNODC, Interact Worldwide, and the PR Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFTAM). • Programme development, projects management, monitoring projects, proposals development, resource mobilization, project budgets development, capacity building, report writing, research/surveys, coordination with stakeholders including donors, government, UN partners, NGOs, CBOs and implementing partners. • Strong experience in HIV AIDS and drug use prevention, treatment and care interventions and trainings for vulnerable and key populations with focus on PWID/injecting drug users, OAMT, drug demand reduction, harm reduction, prison settings, research/surveys on drug use and HIV, law enforcement officials’ / police department, youth, children, women, FSWs and refugees. • Strong understanding of the HIV AIDS landscape in Pakistan, the dynamics of drug use, prevention and treatment in the country and associated risk factors. Knowledgeable in HIV and drug use prevention strategies, treatment, and continuum of care, harm reduction approaches, and community-based interventions for key populations, HIV AIDS and drug use prevention, treatment and care in prison settings. • Strong experience in conducting /delivering trainings on HIV and drugs prevention, treatment and care for staff/teams of various projects and for prison staff and peer educators on HIV and drug use prevention, treatment and care for prisoners. Developing training material for the trainings, including training details, agenda, PowerPoint presentations, conducted trainings, lectures, group work in trainings. Coordination with Provincial Prison and Health Departments for implementation of the capacity building programme and other activities in prisons.
