In my previous role, I had the opportunity to participate in the project of shifting manual maintenance operations on PM SAP Software of CMMS and performed Condition Monitoring techniques including Dynamic Balancing of Impellers, Vibration Analysis, Thermography and routine inspection of all running Plants, gathering the data of the specification of each equipment, determining their compatibility, making P&ID of Processes that resulted in notable cost savings and environmental benefits. My proficiency in analyzing existing systems, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing effective solutions has been instrumental in achieving these successes. I also completed the major project of Waste Hear Recovery in which I calculated the potential of Energy Savings and designed the system to utilize the exhaust of the Genset to transferr heat to Hot Oil that resulted in notable cost savings. Additionally, my exposure to the Aviation industry during internships has allowed me to learn the technologies and fostered a deep understanding of the importance of safety and compliance in highly regulated environments.
