It also provides features like share file or folder module, upload file, download file, print file, search files, store file on database, calendar for scheduling, address book and event organizer module, report generation, view files and reports. The office staff is able to create events like meeting, send/receive mail, upload/download/search/print/share/view files and manage calendar/documents/profile.
