Bushra Bibi

I have participated in NGS workshops as an organizer covering Genome, Exome, RNA Seq and Data analysis modules in COMSATS University Islamabad, AFIP Rawalpindi, PASTIC QAU, ABASYN University Islamabad and EME NUST Rawalpindi. I have been a Teacher Assistant during my Masters and also worked in collaboration with Medical Doctors. My Publication includes, “First Report of Novel PTEN variant in breast cancer from Pakistan: A predictive variable of diagnostic importance,” The Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology Journal, vol. 35. I have been awarded Distinction Certificate by IIUI for BS Bioinformatics degree, Certificate of workshop organizer by Next Gen. Solutions Pvt. Limited and Certificate of participation for presenting research work in an ab2 conference by IIUI.
