Apart from core competencies pertaining to  military career, with rich and diverse leadership skills pertaining to human resource management, exhibiting organization skills such as strategic planning, man power planning, resourcing and experiential training and development as per task orientation. Indeed a task-oriented, team player, with impeccable integrity, performs job role with drive, determination and motivation. Highlights’ of my career noteworthy to lay emphasis upon include Director Medical Services of Corps, establishment of state of the Art (CIMS-CMH Multan Institute of Medical Sciences) in a record time in the history of Pakistan, organization team member of disaster management team operating in various locations, establishment of 5 Garrison Medical Centers and directing / managing various military hospitals the largest being 1000 bedded. Furthermore, his rich transformation from experiential positions in the military to directorial leadership positions into corporate environment has greatly enhanced knowledge, skills and abilities making a viable asset for the corporate industry. Honored to be the recipient of military awards that include Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Medal of Excellence) and Tamgha-i-Basalat (Medal of Bravery & Excellence) for his dedicated service to the army.
