Recruitment  Identify staff vacancies, recruit interview and select applicants.  Develop, administer and evaluate applicant tests.  Manage the entire hiring procedure from completion of documents to issuance of digital company card. Training & Development  Conducted weekly basis orientation sessions of new employees to get acquainted with Company policies, Health & Safety policies and Work Instructions in order to perform concerned activities effectively with safety.  Analyzing training needs and developing new training programs to enhance employee’s skill level.  Arranging training programs according to the training plan and ensuring these programs are adding value. Compliances  To Prepare and maintain all Permanent and Contract Workers record as per requirement of Social Compliance.  Coordination with external Auditors during Conducting Social Compliance Audits and Company Certifications. Welfare Matters  To Prepare Social Security Cards as well as Prepared Monthly Contribution Schedules.  To Prepare EOBI Annual Contribution Schedule (PR02) and EOBI Cards.  To Guide Employees for (Marriage Grant, Funeral Expenses and Pension)  To Guide Employees for Educational Admissions in Welfare Schools and Scholarships.
