Management Reporting, Audit & Assurance, Formulating Strategy, Budget & Forecasting, Leading & Supervision, Coordinate with Insurance department regarding Medical Insurance Billing and updating of Insurance Company Policies and Procedures.

Contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks for the organization, identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements, annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of operations performance, Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, manage the preparation of the company's budget.

• Ensure smooth running of related accounting unit (Sales/POS, GL/FA & AP), as well as proper setup and successful implementation of a new ERP system. Resolving the issues of billing and collection on timely basis, Fixed Assets Management and physical Audit, Monitoring Monthly Closing Process, Assistance in Annual Audit, Budgeting and forecasting with periodical controls and variance analysis, Supervision of Payroll

• Financial Operations, Maintenance of Payroll, Preparation of Bank, Reconciliation, Preparation of Payments of Vendors, Accruals of Expenses, Preparation of Bank Position Statement, Assist to Auditor in Finalization Process
