Current Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Hiring the right talent for filling the business-critical positions within the defined TAT and budget. Ensuring rewards and benefits are crafted to develop and retain key talents necessary for business performance in close collaboration with the Rewards Team. Ensuring availability of up-to-date role profiles and job grading for key positions. (Longlisting programs are Management Associate Program and SUMMIT Batch hiring)
2. Orientation & On-Boarding: Giving exposure to newly hired employees, introducing them to Zonal top management for their motivation and ensuring to provide them all of the facilities/assets as per policy and improving the onboarding process and gauging its effectiveness
3. Responsible for Development Need Analysis (DNA), Identify training needs for business units, job groups and individuals through input received during Performance Management Cycle and Talent Review Meetings.
4. Talent Management: Conduct Talent Review meetings to Gauge Potential, preparing Individual Development Plans and career path for the Employees.
5. Assist line managers in preparing Performance Improvement Plans of low performers to boost their productivity
6. HR Operations (Promotion Cycle, Transfer Posting, Data Cleansing, profiling, increment matters/Service Book verification of Regular Employees), Employee Final Settlement, Attendance Management, Employee Grievance handling.
7. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
8. Conduct HRBP Effectiveness Survey to gauge effectiveness of HRBP Role and developing policies/SOPs/Processes with reference to the feedback of stakeholders.
9. Identifying critical positions and their successors based on scores of talent review meetings and bi-annual performance ratings and recommendation by line.
10. Designing of organization structures, preparing job descriptions
11. Maintain organization structures in SAP HCM and Oracle
12. Conduct performance enhancement sessions with line to boos performance to individuals
