Instrument and Control Engineer Feb 2023-Present Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) • Commissioning and Servicing of all types of Gauges, Switches, Oxygen, Hydrogen and PH Analyzers, Control Valves, Solenoid Valves and On-Off Valves. Dealing the instruments for the measurement of all process variables (temperature, pressure, flow, level, quality). • Testing and commissioning of sensors and transmitters, such as thermocouples, RTD, transmitters (pressure, temperature, flow, level). • Maintenance and controlling experience in diesel engine power plant (26 MW generation capacity), with the understanding of Hardware protections i.e., VCBs, Switchgears and Software configurations of PLC (Siemens S7-400 and Allen Bradley ControlLogix 1756. • Executing complete refinery up-gradation projects related activities of instrumentation and machines along with routine maintenance and plant shutdown jobs. • Planning and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance of DCS, ESD, field instrumentation and F&G system. • Arranging technical data and purchase requisitions for local and foreign procurement of instruments/equipment, evaluated quotations and organized comparative statements.
