Description

I am Arisha Bablani and this year (2023), I will obtain a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in
Human Resources from the Dow Institute of Business and Health Management (Dow University of
Health Sciences) with a 3.74 CGPA.

Besides that, I have successfully attained my final year research project, which was based on “The
Impact of RFID Adoption on Customer Satisfaction In The Retail Industry of Pakistan; A Case of
Luckyone”. In this research, I addressed critical factors that hinder Pakistan’s retail industry to transform
business operations by incorporating IoT-based technologies such as Radio Frequency Identification
(RFID). This research provided me with an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and various
perspectives with respect to the adoption decisions across retail sectors in the context of Pakistan.
However, I wish to carry forward this research on a bigger scale.

Currently I am holding the position of a “Strategic Planning Trainee” at my University and working closely under the supervision of our Institute’s Director and faculty members. This project typically involves managing and improving processes within the Dow Hospital to achieve specific goals or outcomes.

Apart from relevant education and experience, I have always played an active role in my extra-curricular
activities throughout my academics. It all started when I was awarded multiple times as a star student in
my school by participating in various activities within the premises which motivated me to take an active
part in my recent degree program where I acted as a student leader by participating in a variety of
“Entrepreneurial activities and programs”. Furthermore, I was also a part of the “Sports and Recreational
Society” where I was assigned as captain to lead the female cricket team. Additionally, I participated as a
volunteer in an NGO called “NOWPDP” in their “Special CNIC Campaign” to assist differently-abled
individuals.

It’s my strong belief that my exceptional educational background along with my work ethic, experience,
skills, and my desire to continue learning, makes me an ideal candidate for this volunteer program.

Yours Sincerely,
Arisha Bablani
