In response to your advertisement appeared in Newspaper Manager Procurement . I have almost 15 years of practical experience in Contract management, Procurement, Logistics & Supply chain with the public and private Sector like industries Department/ Archeology & Museum, Tourism Department, TEVET Sector and Agriculture Department. The incumbent have also worked with the Donor organization like World Bank, KFW German Bank, GFA, Oxfam GB, United Nation, IRC International.

Since May 2014, I am working as Procurement Officer in the World Bank Administered, project “Economic Revitalization Project in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and  have completed the procurement of Goods, Services, Civil Works and hired different consultancy services for government organizations by adopting National (NCB) & International competitive bidding method (ICB). Procurement for hiring of individual consultants, consultancy firms for various assignment was also part of included in my TORs. The completed assignments which have been carried out by undersigned are as under:

·             Hiring of Individual consultants/firm for Agriculture sector and conducted studies for Pine Nut, and Mapping of Agribusiness Sector in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa & Merged areas.

·             Feasibility study for Dehydration of Fruits and vegetable.

·             Feasibility study for Date processing unit in D.I Khan.

·             Verification of Procured machinery for Agribusiness firms supported by ERKP.

·             Support to SMEs in Agriculture sector.

·             Procurement of Waste Management Machinery for Mineral & Mineral, Tourism Sector, Kalash, Kalam & Kumrat Authorities, GDA, KGDA by adopting NCB, ICB mode of procurement.

·             Procurement of specialized equipment such as traffic counting systems, hardware for MIS system, IT equipment for strengthening of line departments.

·             Hiring of consultant firm for conducting various feasibility studies and road shows in Agriculture sector, Tourism Sector and roads.

·             Hiring of consultant firms for conducting international and national road shows.

·             Hiring of firm for readiness of World Bank IDA assisted KITE Project including Environmental & social safeguard studies, Economic feasibility for Makniyal-Changagali road.

·             Provided Implementation support in ADP Project Economic Growth & Job creation in Procurment prospective.

·             Hiring of individual of Project management unit ERKP, Tourism Department, KP-

·             Assist the PMU –KITE project in hiring of consultant firms for conducting feasibility studies for integrated tourism zones and Destination investment management & visitor’s management plans for various tourist destinations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
