Description

I did MSPH from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. I obtained Epidemiology training from CDC and Research Ethics training by FHI on online basis. I worked in Epidemic investigation cell (EIC) of National Institute of Health (NIH), Islamabad and in Health and Nutrition development Society (HANDS), Islamabad Pakistan.
I am involved in the high quality and timely strategic maintenance and finishing of projects. My experience includes monitoring design projects, training new staff and coordinating with the staff and different departments handling each project to ensure all phases of the plan are going according to schedule.
Recently, I am working as an Assistant Manager monitoring and evaluation in a periodic survey related to Post Campaign Monitoring of Polio (PCM-Polio) in collaboration with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (B&MGF). As an Assistant manager M&E, data cleaning and tagging, quality assurance, processing and statistical analysis, preparing reports, developing monitoring and impact indicators for project success, recommending further improvement and participating in regular project reviews are major aspects of my job description.
My personal skills include the ability to multi-task, stay organized and to adjust to different work conditions in a fast and timely fashion. They also include being dependable, organized and observant with the ability to pay close to attention to detail. My attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills ensure that every project, I work on, done accurately and to the highest possible standard. My positive attitude makes me an effective communicator with my team members.
