Worked as a Project Manager to supervise two projects at a time. One was in finishing stage including finishing work while the second was new project start from the excavation. To manage the site work ensuring quality and also to keep a close contact with consultants and clients. To update the both parties regarding the progress of projects, attending monthly and weekly meetings and presentations as well.
