·  The establishment, review and update/improvement of the Vision, Mission, Values, Objectives and strategies – building the corporate strategic plan, “Balanced Scorecards” and cascading it down to the departmental and individual levels.

·  Business Excellence Models: understanding and application of the criterions to the organization, including self-assessment, gap analysis and implementation. EFQM/DQA/SKEA

·  The establishment of “Compliance” & “Risk Management” frameworks, their implementation and liaison with group & external auditors.

·  Design, review, development and improvement of corporate governance framework at the Board-level, systems, policies, processes & procedures in line with the requirements of International/ National/ Corporate standards, regulations and business improvement initiatives.

·  Certification of organizations to ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO 45001 & PAS 99 standards.

Master’s Degree in Management and Economics, Certified Governance, Risk & Compliance Professional & Certified Governance, Risk & Compliance Auditor, Certified Policy Management Professional, Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, Certified Quality Process Analyst, Certified Quality Improvement Associate; Advance Certificate in Change Management, Qualified & experienced senior assessor for the SKEA “Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award”.

I have been an “IRCA” registered “Principal Auditor” for Quality & “Lead Auditor” for Environmental Management Systems as well as an approved tutor for training of “Assessors” for ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 “Management Systems”. I have conducted more than “600” second & third party audits.
