• Responsible for complete network audit (physical & configuration) for PSEB network based Cisco routers 7609, 2901 and 2621 and switches 6506, 3750, 3550, 2960 and 2950. • Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP & ISIS), MPLS (RSVP & LDP). • Managing upstream and downstream traffic by BGP attributes. • Implementing BGP Multihoming Techniques. • Also the end to end troubleshooting of all the BGP and IGP issues. • Redundancy Protocols (VRRP, HSRP and GLBP). • Providing NATING and DHCP solutions to customers. • Implemented SNMPv3 on devices to allow for network management. • Installing Configuring and managing Cacti server to monitor the PSEB network. • QoS Implementation to manage PSEB Bandwidth both on upstream and downstream. • QoS implementation for different type of Traffic (Voice, Data and Video Conferencing). • Configurations backups by TFTP servers and IOS up gradations. • To assist with testing of new design & architectures, perform network configuration changes, migrations, Pre and Post configuration tests for planned activities. • To monitor Internet traffic on Internet Gateways from upstream providers and suggest new BGP polices to optimize the use of bandwidth. • Designing and implementation of new customer network infrastructure. • Monitoring of Traffic flows, critical interfaces, any loopholes in the network. • Build simulated networks in test labs to resolve problems and compatibility issues. • Documentation of change management & network topologies, as & where required. • Identification, follow up and resolution of degradation/Points of failure which may impede Service Quality. • Coordinates with wireless and fiber media partners to ensure QoS to valued customers. • Coordinate with PTCL and TW1 Transmission team for SDH/SONET related Transmission issues. • Coordinate and liaison with CISCO experts and TAC support. • Provide 24*7 remote and on-site technical supports to customers.

• Design, configure, deploy and troubleshoot advanced IP-based network infrastructure technology solutions for clients. • Perform responsibilities of designing and implementing new LAN/WAN technologies for customers. • Maintenance of Cisco routers, switches and high end servers. • Maintain and support company’s LAN/WAN environment. • Identify client requirements and act as the technical point of contact for client issue resolution. • Work with 802.11 Wireless Devices, Access Points, and RF connectors.
