NED University of Engineering and Technology Karachi Basketball Team Captain and Coach October2018 - November 2022 PROJECTS Final Year Project: Energy Efficient Home Automation Through Heat Registry. • Developed a heat registry system for home automation that uses sensors to collect data on temperature, humidity, and thermal imaging camera for occupancy in a home. Used the data from the heat registry to create algorithms that control the heating and cooling systems in a home to maximize energy efficiency. Implemented the heat registry system on a Raspberry Pi and connected it to a variety of smart home devices. Demonstrated the effectiveness of the heat registry system by reducing energy consumption in a home by 45%. The results of testing of the system, showed that we were able to reduce energy usage by 45% and energy wastage by 85%.
