 Oversight the Preventive/Corrective maintenance activities at plants.  Analyzed the RCA reports of Plants and Technical audit of plants maintenance teams.  Monitor Oversight FME, Self-Assessment, Corrective Action Plan, scheduling shutdown jobs etc.  Provide technical support during maintenance of large electrical equipment at plants.  Review maintenance procedures and guidelines of plants and deliver lectures on safety and day to day technical to staff.  Analyzed the performance indicators of plants and suggestion for improvement there performance.  Preparing annual budget requirement and procurement of tools, test equipment, spares, and consumable etc. on annual bases.  Supervise Preventive/Corrective Maintenance on Power Transformers.  Supervise Preventive/Corrective maintenance of 220kV/132kV GIS Grid station.  Supervise Preventive/Corrective maintenance of 220kV/132kV Overhead Transmission lines.  Supervise Preventive/Corrective maintenance of 220/24VDC DC system.  Supervise Preventive/Corrective maintenance of 11kV distribution system.  Supervise Preventive / Corrective maintenance of indoor/outdoor illumination of plants.  Supervise Preventive / Corrective maintenance of electrical maintenance offices, hostels, and houses
