Tenure: JUNE 2018 – CURRENT Designation: FIELD ENGINEER SURFACE WELL TESTING Responsibilities: • Spotting & rigging up of Well Test Equipment on fields • Client dealing and reporting • Hand on experience on Flow head (WOM), SSV (10k), Choke Manifold (15k, 10k, WOM) Sand Trap (10k), Indirect Heater, Separator (1440 PSI, 2160 PSI), Gauge Tank, Surge Tank, Oil and Gas Manifold, Transfer Pumps, Tex steam Pump, Ball Valves, and Gate Valves. • Proficient in handling of Daniels, Barton Recorders, Ranarex, Dragger pumps, & manual centrifuges for BS&W. • Maintain all necessary equipments documentation of jobs, calibration, well files and inspections. • Involve in planning and preparation of well site operations and loading out equipment to client locations. • Setting up of DAQ and function test after rig up. • Conduct Pressure test of all SWT equipment after rig up at well. • Clean up well until effluent will able to pass through separator. After separator in service Setting up separator liquid levels depend upon the effluent of well.
