Syed Muhammad Ahsan Rizvi is an Organization Development (OD) consultant, management trainer, motivational speaker and a habitual traveler. In short he is a catalyst for change. Ahsan specializes in unleashing human genius through leadership, creativity and change management initiatives. His energy and passion to excel is contagious and viral that help individuals and their vision to flourish.
He specializes in behavioral and organizational change and is a well-known inspirational speaker for children and youth across Pakistan. Ahsan facilitates learning programs locally and internationally for the corporate sector, non-profits and youth to enhance their managerial and leadership effectiveness, covering inspirational and visionary leadership; out-of-box thinking; change leadership; team performance; mentoring & coaching for excellence, diversity management; human rights and the like.
With a mission to bring about a positive change within organizations that allow teams to exceed their goals with energy and efficiency, Ahsan continues to learn in-depth about the human behavior and how it can be leveraged positively in everyday life by travelling far and wide across Pakistan,.
Ahsan obtained his Management Degree from the University of Karachi, where he majored in Human Resource Management and Marketing. He is also a certified trainer from British Council, Pakistan and School of Leadership Karachi.
Over the past 10 years Ahsan has developed several branded training products that can be customized to meet specific requirements of organizations across the private & social sectors of different cultures He has designed and customized value adding interventions for organizations like PICIC, Oxfam Novib, European Union, Indus Resource Centre, PharmEvo, Shield Corporation, 14th Street Pizza Co, Yunus Textile, Lucky Cement, Feroz Textile, Target, IKEA, Habib University Foundation, CDGK, Unilever, British Council, Sight Savers International, KFC Pakistan & Capola, Tetra Pack, Allied Bank, UKaid, ILMideas, Pakistan Red Cresent, US Department of State etc.
He has worked with over fifteen thousand of youth and teenagers on leadership and career development at different underprivileged communities like Liyari, Sanghar, Jhang etc. as well as established institutions liked Air University, Bahria University, Beacon House National University, COMSAT, Iqra University, etc. His recent lecture series on employability skills was highly commended and very well attended at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and Namal College Mainwali- an affiliate college of University of Bradford.
