Aftab Najam

My name is Aftab Najam, and I am a Civil Engineering graduate from Balochistan University of Engineering and Technology (BUETK), Khuzdar, with a CGPA of 3.46/4.00. I have a strong interest in construction management, structural design, project planning, and sustainable development. During my academic journey, I developed practical skills in AutoCAD, Chief Architect, MS Office, and Excel. I also gained field experience through an internship involving building and road construction, quantity estimation, BOQs, and engineering drawings. Currently, I am enhancing my professional skills through the PEC Graduate Engineer Training Program. I am a hardworking, responsible, and motivated individual who believes in continuous learning and professional growth. I have participated in an international conference at MUET Jamshoro, where I presented research on the role of technology in enhancing workforce skills in civil engineering projects. This experience improved my communication, teamwork, leadership, and presentation skills. My strengths include problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, and adaptability. My career goal is to become a competent civil engineer and construction management professional who contributes to the development of safe, sustainable, and energy-efficient infrastructure in Pakistan. I am always eager to learn new technologies, take on challenges, and transform my knowledge into practical solutions.
