At Pepsi Co Snack Center Multan, Pakistan i was assigned to work in • EHS Department incident and Safety encounters were so well to learn about • In E&I Department Scada Section for controlling Purposes • Designed and built a digital SCAT (Systematic Cause Analysis Technique) investigation toolkit an interactive Excel workbook and companion web app standardizing incident causal analysis, corrective/preventive action tracking, and live dashboard reporting across 24 event types for the EHS team

• Monitored PLC systems and performed calibration of industrial instrumentation sensors to ensure measurement accuracy and process reliability. • Maintained automation systems and solar-powered control units, contributing to reduced equipment downtime. • Participated in safety assessments and compliance reviews to uphold operational efficiency and workplace safety standards.
