    Responsibilities & Authorities:

    • Forecasts Distributor wise / City wise and sku wise targets for the entire zone to achieve target RIG-Real Internal Growth
    • Plan and execute operations to achieve respective sales target approved by the head office.
      • Distribution Management
      • Team Management
      • Promotional Activities Management
      • Trade Offers Management
    • Identify and resolve all Market related issues.
    • Develop and execute plans to minimize Trade Losses.
    • Motivate, Direct and Train team to strengthen availability & visibility; and to achieve targets.
    • Execute all Policies from the company to Increase Revenue and control costs.
