- Forecasts Distributor wise / City wise and sku wise targets for the entire zone to achieve target RIG-Real Internal Growth
- Plan and execute operations to achieve respective sales target approved by the head office.
- Distribution Management
- Team Management
- Promotional Activities Management
- Trade Offers Management
- Identify and resolve all Market related issues.
- Develop and execute plans to minimize Trade Losses.
- Motivate, Direct and Train team to strengthen availability & visibility; and to achieve targets.
- Execute all Policies from the company to Increase Revenue and control costs.
