Education: Masters degree preferably in HR management with concentration in Training & Development
Age: 27-35 years
Department: GEO Human Resources
Location: Karachi
Job Requirements: Must have 3-4 years of experience of independently handling Training and Development requirements preferably in a multinational organization. Ability to conduct and supervise cost-effective comprehensive training and development programs. Able to assess and tabulate the training feedbacks and devise/arrange programs accordingly. Introducing new trends for in-house training and sound contacts with different training and educational institutions along with awareness to latest training techniques in Electronic media will be a plus point.
