Technology System Analyst Standard Chartered Job in Karachi
Job Description
• To ensure a successful delivery of IT services to local customers for the specific business project assigned in order to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
• Understand and apply principles in risk management, issue tracking and change management
• Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
• Provide business analysis support for applications, including analyzing and documenting business processes and translating user requirements for software development teams. Create and interpret process maps and flowcharts.
• Collaborate with Group/Regional Technology resources to develop estimates and implementation plans for technical solutions within approved budgets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• To understand of customer’s business needs and how these needs are met by the services provided • To agree customer’s expectations and satisfaction criteria and managing internal customer’s expectations accordingly • To work with group and in-country teams so as to provide quality service delivery to customer’s satisfaction, providing value-add where possible. • To ensure the key stakeholders understand the customers’ needs and how to meet their expectation • To address internal customer’s problems and complaints quickly and professionally, ensuring resolution is provided to the customer’s satisfaction. • Liaising extensively with external or internal clients. • Analysing banks’ existing systems. • Translating client requirements into highly specified solution briefs. • Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability; • To ensure significant problems are escalated to appropriate business level promptly • To manage and verify service acceptance process and SLA with local business
Qualifications & Skills

• A post graduate qualification preferably BS/MBA/MCS • 3-5 years experience in Information Technology and Systems including implementation • Excellent managerial, analytical, project management and problem solving skills • Knowledge of Financial Industry, Banking products, procedures, processes and policies • Ability to formulate plans, schedules, good supervision, analytical skills and staff Management • Knowledge of existing IT platforms / standards with insight into new and emerging technological advancements and an ability to innovate and upgrade the systems accordingly.
