1. Document new or enhanced application
2. Create User Manuals, Release Notes, Training Materials, Help Content, Technical documentation
3. Capability of creating content in multi-media and video formats
4. Perform tasks within agile software development lifecycle
5. Participate in technical review, formal presentation and accurate documentation

General Skills: 

1. Solid understanding of agile development methodology
2. Expertise of using documentation tools
3. Knows how to make Requirement Definition, Technical / DB Specification, DFD etc
4. Expertise of banking application domains
5. Excellent written and verbal communications and problem solving skills

Technical Skills: 

1. Technology: XML Publishing, Adobe PDF, HTML, Browser applications
2. OS:  Windows, Linux, UNIX
3. Document management tool (e.g. Author IT, MS Visio, Smart draw)

Education & Experience: 

1. Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent from a leading institution
2. Degree/Proficiency in English language
3. Courses is Human Computer Interaction
4. 3+  years experience as a Technical Writer for Enterprise Software
