1. Prepare documents for new or enhanced application
2. Prepare User Manuals, Release Notes, Training Materials, Help Content, Technical documentation
3. Capability of creating content in multi-media and video formats
4. Perform tasks within agile software development lifecycle
5. Prepare technical review and formal presentations

General Skills: 

1. Understanding of agile development methodology
2. Expertise of using documentation tools
3. Experience of banking application domains
4. Excellent written and verbal communications and problem solving skills

Technical Skills: 

1. Technology: XML Publishing, Adobe PDF, HTML, Browser applications
2. Document management tool (e.g. Author IT, MS Visio, Smart draw)

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent from one of the leading Universities
2. Degree/Proficiency in English language
3. 2+ years experience as a Technical Writer for Enterprise Software
