MBA (Finance / Marketing) or equivalent Master’s Degree.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 6-7 years of relevant work experience.

• Sound relationship and leadership skills with good working knowledge of Commercial Prudential Regulations and policies and procedures. • Strong sales and credit management skills. • Strong analytics and numeric skills.
Job Summary:
Team Leader Commercial Center will be primarily responsible to develop, manage and grow lending relationships in the Commercial segment driven through quality service and applied management. The Team Leader will manage the assigned portfolio through creation, development and maintenance of high quality advisory relationships that include effective consultative and creative management on financial solutions. The Team Leader will handle a team of relationship managers while providing the required guidance, technical knowledge and effective grooming to ensure maximum productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, retain and manage Commercial Customers through proactive and consultative approach. • Achieve business targets in terms of revenue, profits and portfolio. Analyze and review quality of assigned business portfolio to ensure maximum profitability. • Work in close partnership with CRM, Credit Managers and CAD to ensure credit applications are correctly prepared, presented and processed in accordance with the banks stipulations in a timely manner. • Manage credit quality standards through effective management of risk according to the bank¿s policy and other commercial regulatory policies. • Ensure timely submission of MIS and call reports, effective monitoring of sales targets assigned to sales team. Liaison with branches to develop & maintain good relationships/business. • Conduct customer meetings that have defined call objectives, desired outcomes and a well-constructed plan.
