Job description

Team Leader provides overall leadership for project activities under the Health Communication CARE component for Behavior Change Communication in coordination with the COP/DCOP. He/she will provide oversight and direction to other project staff; facilitate information sharing and collaboration of staff across project teams to ensure cross-cutting issues are addressed. The Team Leader supports knowledge management, M&E, capacity building activities, and timely delivery of project deliverables within the targeted districts of Sindh and Punjab. Team Leader facilitates the development of community partnerships and provides direct support to MCH partnership project and MoH partners. Team Leader will work with BCC specialist, program staff and partners to develop strategies to ensure health promotion and behavior change among Married Women of Reproductive Age (MWRA) and their influencers (e.g., husband, mother-in-law, community support groups) that will ultimately bring together people and communities to build healthier lives.
