Job Description

Tax and Treasury Manager HRS Global Job in Lahore Qualification Required : CA – Finalists / other finance qualification Professional Experience : 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in finance function of a reputable organization. Principal Accountability :
  • Manage payments centrally for all divisions of Pakistan operations; FOBO, Snacks (HO, Factory, Commercial & Sales centers) & develop & implement monthly payment calendars, share & align with all functions and ensure timely payments to all suppliers.
  • Pursue to enhance efficiency of the payment process; process flows, roles & responsibilities matrix, e-payment through banks, management reports, etc and implement accordingly.
  • Work closely with Internal Control Manager to assess payment processes risk & addressing accordingly. Also coordinate & align Shared Services activities with Control function in line with the monthly reporting timelines.
  • Manage the tax matters which primarily include, coordinating with tax consultants for replying to various queries from Tax department, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, filling & payment of monthly/quarterly/annual returns (income tax, sales tax, federal excise – for all divisions of Pakistan operations).
  • Manage & handle Company’s secretarial affairs, i.e., arrange all required board resolutions, statutory filings, maintaining books under Company Law, etc.
  • Manage the monthly payroll, except for Concentrate plant.
  • Manage the proper investment of both Employee Funds, maintenance of books and execution of audit.
  • Coordinate with the Global Treasury for the proper investment of Surplus funds and remittance of dividend & royalty.
Remuneration Package & Other Details : 300k+
