Overview
Job Purpose:
The incumbent develops and maintains all e-interface information management systems accessible by Chairperson, Board Membership, QF Sr. Management, BMO Internal and others. Provide plans for effective data management and systems recommendations.
KEY RESULT AREAS
• Manage data and content Management services for all e- interfaces for all users.
• Coordinate system functionalities to support data sharing, archiving, analysis and report generation activities.
• Design e-interfaces to support visual and user navigation requirements
• Make recommendations for continuous improvement t that align with operational needs.
• Report on status and functioning of all systems
• Document database structure, reports and reporting methodology in an information directory
• Coordinate and follow up on data entry and archiving both manually and electronically.
• Coordinate and facilitate the automation of processes
• Maintain records/register of e-interface problems, errors, upgrades and risks
• Support archiving requirements.
• Coordinate security measures to ensure and preserve confidentiality
• Coordinate with QFIT for troubleshooting and to advance system and operational based requirements
• Coordinate and implement technology upgrades, as required
• Train, educate and inform users on interface use, upgrades and functionalities
• Evaluate effectiveness of e-interfaces
• Introduce strategies to engage and support diverse user base
• Provide technical support to all e-interface users
• Employ best practices to maintain the integrity of information and databases
• Serve as IT focal point and act as project coordinator for technology improvements.
• Assist in development of content for e-interfaces and websites
• Other duties as assigned.
