Position Code: DIT13-01 Role: 

1. Responsible for Planning, designing and managing the process of enterprise architecture and its associated Business processes and Technologies.
2. Identifying and analyzing risk factors, such as the potential of exposing protected data or creating security vulnerabilities during transition from one solution to another
3. Establish operational Technology standards
4. Identifies opportunities for improvement in Technology and translate ideas into action
5. Ensures that Technology aligns with business requirements.
6. Translating the customer's business scenarios into design that are driving the solution.
7. Communicate between business analyst and technical staff while aligning technology selections with business requirements.
8. Coordinate change management
9. Based on the requirements, develop well-formulated models of the components of the solution.
10. Show multiple views through models to communicate the ideas effectively.
11. Responsible for the architecture integrity and maintaining the vision of the offering from an architectural perspective.

General Skills: 

1. Experience in banking domain would be preferred
2. Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills with ability to lead team meetings, gather requirements, and arrive at technical decisions.
3. Good understanding of features/functions of leading banking products

Technical Skills: 

1. Experience in designing and developing applications using .NET technologies.
2. Experience in SOA, MVC, WCF,ESB etc.
3. Proficiency in model driven architecture and development techniques and UML.
4. Proficiency in entity relational data modelling technique.

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent from one of the leading Universities
2. 5+ years of relevant work experience in enterprise software System Architect role
3. Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs including projects run on agile methodology
4. Experience with Design Patterns. N-Tier development experience. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Extreme Programming). Database Design and Object Relational Mapping Design and Implementation.
