Job Detail Age Limit: 20 - 45 Skill Required: Individual must be able to: - Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointments - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents - File and retrieve documents and reference materials - Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents - Arrange and coordinate meetings - Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings - Receive and interact with incoming visitors - Liaise with internal staff at all levels - Interact wit Job Description: Graduate with minimum three (03) years relevant experience. Should possess typing speed of 40 words per minute respectively. Candidates must have done a short-hand course and have experience of providing executive support and knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures. Individuals with proficient handling of computer will be preferred. Ex JCOs of Armed Forces and equivalent may also apply. Candidates are required to get their degrees verified from HEC/ Concerned Institution and attach Scanned copies of their documents (Academics/Professional) along with their CVs. Ineligibility:- - 3rd Div in academic career; - NUST employees with less than 02 years of service with NUST; - In process of pursuing a degree.
