Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Examine current system
• Requirement gathering
• Produce specification for the system
• Liase with IT staff to produce specification
• Design complete flow (Requirement- Development)
• Planning & working flexibility to a deadline
• Drawing up the testing schedule

Skills and Competencies:

• Track record of delivering at least 02 major software projects
• Strong Communication and Persuasion Skills
