    Qualification: Bachelors / Masters in Civil Engineering

    Experience: 12-15 years with reputed contractors and/or consultants

    Responsibilities & Authorities:

    • Review Civil design documents and provide feedback as per the requirements.
    • Ensure work is done safely, on time, within budget and to the right quality standards
    • Monitor Contractors work.
    • Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners
    • Prepare/Review test certificates of construction material.
    • Monitor site activities.
    • Coordinate with other disciplines where required.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Communication skills
    • Command on MS Project, Auto CAD, MS Office etc
