Overview
Looking for a young, highly motivated, fashion forward Shop Manager at a multi-brand fashion concept store. Our company is growing in the fashion/retail industry, and as part of the team, you will too.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Ensure the concept is represented appropriately according to Company standards.
– Manage sales team and asses team performance.
– Prepare staff schedules.
– Ensure monthly sales targets are met by all sales staff.
– Analyze shop and each brand’s performance.
– Discuss each brand performance and customer feedback with Buying Team every season.
– Handle all customer issues, complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Ensure product knowledge by all sales staff.
– Ensure all products are displayed and merchandised according to GM and brand standards.
– Conduct inventory with sales team of all products and ensure all inventory reports and stock levels are accurate.
– Manage and document all inter-branch transfers.
