Shop Manager - Multi Brand Fashion Concept Stores - Gramercy Holdings

Looking for a young, highly motivated, fashion forward Shop Manager at a multi-brand fashion concept store. Our company is growing in the fashion/retail industry, and as part of the team, you will too.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ensure the concept is represented appropriately according to Company standards.
- Manage sales team and asses team performance.
- Prepare staff schedules.
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met by all sales staff.
- Analyze shop and each brand's performance.
- Discuss each brand performance and customer feedback with Buying Team every season.
- Handle all customer issues, complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure product knowledge by all sales staff.
- Ensure all products are displayed and merchandised according to GM and brand standards.
- Conduct inventory with sales team of all products and ensure all inventory reports and stock levels are accurate.
- Manage and document all inter-branch transfers.
