Job Description:
- Installation and after sales service of the instruments sold by the company. Provides technical support, orientation and training to the users.
- Provides preventive maintenance and modified installed equipment.
- Prepares installation / Service reports to be submitted to the management.
- Working collaboratively with Sales Department & Imports Department and other internal staff. To ensure that work will be done in time.
Skills Required:
- Background in analytical chemistry and related lab techniques.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements.
- Written and spoken skills in English language are essential.
- Computer literate 6. Trouble shooting and problem solving.
