Job Description:

Installation and after sales service of the instruments sold by the company. Provides technical support, orientation and training to the users.
Provides preventive maintenance and modified installed equipment.
Prepares installation / Service reports to be submitted to the management.
Working collaboratively with Sales Department & Imports Department and other internal staff. To ensure that work will be done in time.

Skills Required:

Background in analytical chemistry and related lab techniques.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements.
Written and spoken skills in English language are essential.
Computer literate 6. Trouble shooting and problem solving.
