Senior Technician LANCandidate must have 5-8 years’ experience of handling Enterprise LAN Network and end user queries on network and system level. In depth knowledge and hands on experience on windows/Linux based systems/servers, understanding of TCP/IP suite, basic knowledge of Enterprise Level routers and switches, knowledge Active Directory/Domain Controller, experience of handling both software and hardware related issues of Windows/Linux machines. Preferably should have knowledge of Video/Audio conferencing, related issues and troubleshooting.
