Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an annual plan for enrollment of Hospitals / Maternity Homes etc, who will be utilizing the blood products and services of the TIH – BC i.e. Service Partners of TIH – BC
  • Be able to “sell” the Blood Center’s mission to the hospitals, thus making them “partners” in service to the community.
  • Provide “after sales service” to the Service Partners of TIHBC.
  • Translate customer needs and problems into marketing strategies, programs/campaigns, and product conceptualization.
  • Represent TIH-BC periodically through exhibiting at conferences, seminars and articulate the value of partnership to prospective Hospitals/Maternity Homes.
  • Manage assigned blood product lines including awareness of product inventory management, manufacturing or quality problems.
  • Develop and coordinate the production of blood product introductory material, sales and support materials, brochures, and other tools.
