Job Description: Responsible for developing a sales team through motivation, skills development and product knowledge enhancement. Candidates must have minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree and a professional experience of atleast 1-2 years in sales. Conveyance (Car / Bike) is a must. Responsibilities- Developing quarterly strategies for fundraising.
- Setting targets and ensuring accomplishment with teamwork.
- Mapping market for resource development.
- Achieve and work on major donors and sponsorship.
- Smooth operations (implementation, feedback and success) regarding campaigns.
- Finding new donors/ markets (segments) corporate, trader, individual.
- Meeting with existing and prospective donors.
- Adherence to systems and Rules & Regulations.
- Daily planning and related system implementation for smooth sales.
- Daily meeting with sales team and managers.
- Share things and give guidance to the sales team
- Team building & team work
