Senior Officer Organizational Design Interloop Job in Faisalabad

Desired education & experience;

Masters in HR or equivalent from an HEC recognized institute
Minimum 4 years experience in development of policies & procedures, functional layouts, organizational structure, job descriptions etc.
Good understanding of HR operations
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Must be proficient in MIS office
