Job Objective
To support CRM, to facilitate customer adaption, identify & implement initiatives and programs that drive targeted, incremental awareness and use of CRM system across the bank.
Job Description
- Participate in meeting / discussions with users & other stakeholder to understand business requirements, identify CRM based solution and facilitate implementation.
- Prepare Business Requirements documentation, training manuals, update presentations and other related documentation to support the implementation and ongoing operations.
- Providing on-going support to end users, assisting with trouble shooting or additional training via email, phone or site visits. Liaise with the relevant units within DIB & externally with service providers to facilitate smooth running and uninterrupted services.
- Assume on-going support responsibility for the CRM configurations and reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms integration.
- Support the development and execution of user acceptance test plans and test scripts. Work with project managers to write and execute perform functional, integration, performance and regression testing.
Additional Details
- Should be a graduate in IT, preferably certified in MS CRM with 2 – 3 years’ experience working on software development projects & implementation of CRM solutions
- Sound knowledge & understanding in Analytics, UAT systems & training, Functional Application & System Integration
- Ideal candidate should possess good communication skill.
