- Retired JCO Clerks/ equivalent (from PN/ PAF) having FA & above (proficient in computers).
- Civilian Candidates: B.Com (B&A) with 2 years experience in Accounts.
- 6-12 months Computer Diploma.
- Age: Civilian= upto 30 Years, Ex Armed Forces= Upto 55 Years.
