    Reports to: VP HR & Administration  

    Qualification: Masters degree in Business Management or Finance from a reputable institute

    Experience: 8-10 years of experience in roles focused towards business and/or financial analytics

    Job Description

    • Be the HR & Admin lead for financial and business planning exercises
    • Work with all stakeholders within and outside the division to develop mid-to-long term plans with strong business rationale
    • Conduct horizon scanning to predict new and changing internal and external factors impacting the division and share a timely heads up and recommendations with all concerned
    • Prepare divisional dashboard and present progress on KPIs on a monthly basis. Take notice of gaps, investigate the reasons and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Prepare and record all business presentations for the HR & Admin area
    • Present recommendations on divisional plans based on changing business requirements
