Position Code: DIT13-08 Role: 

1. Close coordination with system architect during designing phase
2. Coordinate with business owner and technical team
3. Able to manage a team of developers
4. Perform tasks within agile software development lifecycle
5. Develop efficient and quality code on schedule
6. Participate in technical review, formal presentation and accurate documentation

General Skills: 

1. Excellent understanding of database design
2. Good understanding of database design and SQL
3. Solid understanding of agile development methodology
4. In depth knowledge in various Architectural disciplines
5. Experience of banking applications (will be a plus)
6. Excellent communications and problem solving skills

Technical Skills: 

1. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance.
2. Deep knowledge of the latest .NET Framework, including Visual Studio, VB.NET, ASP.NET,C# and ADO.NET.
3. Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer, service-oriented architectures (SOA)).
4. Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 / DB2 stored procedures.

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent from one of the leading Universities
2. 05 (+) years experience in software development (ASP.NET/VB.NET/C #)
3. Prior experience of developing banking application will be preferred.
4. 02 (+) years working with IBM DB2 /SQL Server (2005/2008 preferred)
5. MCSD Web / MCTS Microsoft Certified will be given preference
