Eligibility Criteria (Education/Experience/ Certifications): Education: 
Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor in computer sciences / Masters (MBA)
Work experience: 
IVR Management related knowledge/experience Potential Career Path: Customer Experience related Positions in Customer Care Division Your typical day at work: Plan & execute projects for enhancement of IVR & other alternate channels Define & execute processes for alternate channels Monitoring & Maintain IVR utilization and improve as per the goals Coordinate with relevant stakeholder for development, implementation and effect realization Analyse customer feedback after implementing changes Customer Experience Management through IVR using NPS philosophy  IVR Forecasting IVR Release cycle Management Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: Project Management  Strong analytical skills  Coordination and stake holder management  Effective negotiation and presentation skills Excellent Command MS Excel & Power Point Knowledge of MS SQL is an added advantage
