      Industry: Agro-chemical

      Location: Karachi

      Qualification: MBA from a reputable institute

      Experience: Minimum 5 Experience in the Manufacturing industry (preferably Agri-business). Previous experience in senior sales or marketing role (involving people management, preferably in the Agrochemical or similar industry) will be preferred.

      Job Description:

      • To develop and implement agreed sales plans, targets and budget in accordance with the country strategy and objectives.
      • To work closely with the marketing & other functions to ensure appropriate customer segmentation exists & appropriate services are defined & delivered.
      • To defend and promote the image of the company representing the company if requested in a professional and competent manner.
      • To recruit, train, coach and develop the sales team and to ensure competitive advantage through coherent implementation of strategy.
      • To create an effective sales function (central and field) through effective management and communicate while being aware of the wider country team.
      • To ensure that corporate policies are well understood and implemented by the function sale and where necessary by customers.
      • Extensive knowledge of Agricultural sales environment and sales techniques/approaches.
      • Knowledge of specific country environment, including customer setup, distribution networks etc.
      • HR and people management processes. Sound technical base of product and agronomics
      • Language skills – must have excellent language skills (local / regional) and also good level of English.
